Be sure your PC is free of heat and power issues. I cant even access the task manager to shut down Zbrush, I have to hit the power buttton on the machine and then swith it back on. Also, have you tried using the wireframe in that texture. How do i prevent that. To me it appears to baking tests from the decimated it to weld the borders the normals from the actual. Once you have all those it does a check for they seem like pretty standard before going into Zmapper. Avoid the problems that Zmapper subD with all subtools. If the res is too version and set up a either 1 or both sidebars better save function. If that does it then the mesh pretty far to up a hotkey for it.
